great quality
First and last time ever working with this supplier. We placed a custom order in February for a sage green colour and repeatedly asked for production photos/updates, but the supplier would never send any. Then suddenly we received a photo saying the order was “80% ready” — except the products were clearly grey, not sage green.
The supplier kept insisting it was just lighting/colour distortion, so we requested a sample to confirm. The sample arrived and it was still completely grey. On top of that, the logo stitching was terrible with loose threads everywhere, and the harness ripped after the first use. The quality was honestly shocking.
Despite all of this, the supplier refused to fix the issue or give a refund. Very poor communication, poor quality control, and terrible after-sales support. Would absolutely not recommend this company.

What you said is not fact. Firstly we have sent the photos for each materials to the customer to check and confirm, we start to print the fabric for the bulk order after we get the permission, during the process of stitching, we also sent the semi-products to the customer, she didn't raise up any doubts, but after we have finished all products, she said she don't like this color and hope us to remake. It's too late to remake, then she gets angry and irritable, she said she will give us the bad comments and she even abuse our colleagues, we gave many suggestions to her and we'd like to solve this together with her, but she just wants to remake or refund 100%. But because this is not our mistake or error, we really have no method to refund 100%. Finally she still get 50% refund ($600) .
